Behind the Scenes Photo Shoot

Last week I did a photo shoot of some of my newest garments with the talented photographer Ashley Hoffman.   I also had the privilege of  working with Cailtin Helle, who did an amazing job doing the models hair and make-up. This was a super fun shoot, and I am so excited to see the final shots. In the mean time, here are a few behind the scenes photos I took. Check them out xoxo.

A special thanks to my models Caitlin, Morgan, and Ashli. Stay tuned for the final shots.

New Garments and Pinatas

I have been working on lots of new garments this last month, and I've made a few pinatas. These next few weeks are going to be pretty busy. I'm doing First Saturday at Whidden Willow, and an art-mart  on Patrick street on March 13th, I'm working on a custom wedding dress, and doing an installation photo shoot of new pieces at the end of the month. Stay tuned for upcoming progress xoxo.
In the meantime here is what I have been up to:

I made a custom skirt for my sister Molly.

I'm working on a lace and velvet dress for a photo shoot.

I made a pleated spring skirt.

I made a mini dress with a peter pan collar

I made some elephant pants for a photo shoot.

I made some tie crop tops for Whidden Willow

I've been really into making matching turbans for my kids dresses.

I made this two piece dress for Whidden Willow

I made a cute valentines day shift dress.

I made a cute waitress apron for a friend.

We went all out for my niece's birthday. I made her dress and turban. Photo by Molly Jean

I made Harper a huge unicorn stuffed animal.

Here is a better picture of Harper's birthday dress.
I made Harper a unicorn piñata.

I love this photo by Molly Jean of me holding the piñata.

I made my nephew Myles a Power Rangers piñata.

Stay tuned for new pieces, and photos from upcoming events

My favorite B&W photos by @discedo

A few months back I did a photo shoot with my talented boss Mike McAllister and Kayleigh Montgomery.  I got some amazing photos from both photographers. In this post I am featuring some of my favorite shots by Michael. All of these photos where shot on a 35mm, and in black and white. All of the clothing, hats and scarves are hand made by myself. Enjoy. xoxo

I think his photos turned out great. He is an amazing photographer, you can check out his gallery on instagram @discedo
