Helen Inspired Photo Shoot

I was thinking the other day about why I am so into vintage patterns and styles. My grandmother Helen was a huge influence on me, I remember her coming up to babysit me and my siblings dressed to the nines. Her birthday just passed, and I wanted to do a photo shoot of some  of my designs in dedication to her. My very talented sister Molly took these photos, www.mollyjeanphoto.com and my beautiful friend Sara Gemmel did the hair and make-up. Enjoy.

The skirt is made out of a vintage velvet coat that I cut up because of damage.

I  am very lucky to have had a grandmother who taught me to appreciate vintage and style, a talented sister to do photo shoots with me, a talented friend to do hair and make-up for this shoot, and beautiful friends to model for me!!!!!

Dashing Emancipation

This Saturday I am participating in a fashion event to raise awareness for the plight of human and sex trafficking. All proceeds will be donated to Love146. Please come out to support this cause, tickets are available at Venus on The Half Shell, and doors open at 7pm at Cafe 611. Here's a sneak peak on what some of my models will be wearing!

I'm using a variety of ages for models. This is Maya, she is thirteen.

Bottle of Bread

I have new merchandise at my friend Mo's shop Bottle of Bread in Baltimore. Her shop is super cute and I always get myself into trouble when I go in there! Here are shots of her shop.

Behind the Scenes Photo Shoot

Yesterday I did a small photo shoot of some of my new pieces. My lovley sister Molly Jean took the pictures, and my friend Sarah did the hair and make up for my friends who modeled. Here are some behind the scene photos!
